The platform account you are trying to use is already used on FACEIT, or you have already connected another platform account to your FACEIT one.
Please ensure you’re connected to the correct Steam account and try again. If you’re receiving this error it means the Steam ID added to your integrations is different from the one you’re attempting to add CS:GO fro m. Go to the integration settings and check the account and then register again. This is a reconnection and you must use the same platform account that you originally registered with. If you’re not the original owner of this account or cannot prove this account is yours then we will be unable to grant you access. If you're the original creator of this account, please contact us. This means your CS:GO ID is connected to another FACEIT account. It seems that you are connecting to a game that you have already registered. You need to have played 20 hours of CS:GO on your Steam account before being allowed to play CS:GO on our platform.

Check those in the game registration modal. It looks like the profile you're connecting with doesn't meet our requirements.
Open your Steam profile, go to ‘Edit profile’, press ‘Privacy Settings’ and ensure ‘My profile’ and ‘Game details’ are both set to Public. You receive this error when the Steam account added to the integrations section of your FACEIT account either does not contain CS:GO, or is set to private. It looks like the profile you are connecting to doesn't have the game or your game privacy settings are not public.
